How can I make sure I'm quite actually in the right rythm ? How can I make sure i'm actually at the right rythm ? Because obviously with this method of not having a teacher (too expensive for me.), the only authority i can trust about being in the right rythm is. Should I practice directly on the piano to be more confo later on ? Should I practice directly on the piano or should I clap along the metronome to practice ? If i sit at the piano et clap my leg with my hand, I feel more confo than practicing directly on the piano and feels like i can follow the rythm way more easily and say '1 and 2 and ' while tapping more easily. So far I think I can manage the exercises at 80 bpm. So I started to exercise the 8th note rythm. Apparently the lessons and exercises are quite alright from what a musician friend told me.

I've been offered the Roland FP-10 for Christmas (just received it last week, because poor family so gifts are given late lmao) and started practicing with the lessons Intro to Piano from Charles Cornell. So I just started learning the piano a few days ago.
